Luckily, Kevin - a kid "who basically runs things" hooks Charles up with Margo Maloo - a monster mediator who knows just what to do. As the series expands, Margo and Charles (her assistant) have a growing caseload as the human population grows and monsters are the monsters who must abandon their homes are ready to fight.

The first book received a starred review from Kirkus Reviews and was named Kirkus Best of 2016 Book.
